Wild Blue Ocean

Once upon a time, there was a little girl, born in a village next to the sea. Every day, she would sit in the beach and gaze at the sea, wishing someday her father would allow her to adventure in the wild blue ocean.
One day, war came to her country. Ugly and strong creatures invaded what used to be stunning landscapes, leaving the cries of despair and solitude. The time had come: the little girl, who was no longer little, was ordered to search for help, somewhere in the wild blue ocean. Together with two friends and though fighters, the little girl, now a teenager, began her quest.
She had to face many storms and the ocean's wild strength, to fulfil the quest of bringing help. After one month sailing, the voice of the sightseeing sailor could be heard bringing hope. "We found land!"
The grown-up girl, together with her friends, hurried to the front of the ship, where the land of hope could be seen. The city had stunning buildings, connection archaic architecture with modern facilities. The three friends were used to the simplest of their country, so this was a new experience.
"Beautiful..."

They finally arrived at the port. The people there didn't regard them as scum; on the other hand, they all offered their help. But the girl and one had only aim, to meet the king and beg for his help. Her land's destiny was in her hands.
After walking in the beautiful streets full of sellers, the girl and her friends finally reached the castle. It was huge, with six towers and gargoyles watching the visitors' behaviour. After convincing the guard, the girl finally made her way in.
The castle inside was just stunning. The shinning gold evaded the three friend’s sight, almost blinding them. "The king will receive you know..."
The three friends made their way to the following huge room.
The king was a middle-aged man, but, in spite of smiling, he didn't seem that sympathetic. His skin was brownish, just as every citizen's.
"May I know your quest?” he asked.
The teenager girl approached the king, ready to speak. But someone stepped in the big room.
"Father..." a male teenager appeared.
"This is my son, Theios." the king told the teenager girl.
The prince smiled at her while she complimented him with a bow followed by her friends.
The girl proceeded. "I came here by boat to find allies to the war that my country is facing."
The smile in the king's face vanished.
"We are a peaceful country. We have been told about your contry's conditions... and I wouldn't like my man's life in risk." the hope in the girl's heart was fading. "However, I could help you, but with one condition."
"Anything!" the girl quickly answered.
"You have to marry my son..."
The girl's heart stopped...

The narrator stopped there to take a deep breath.
"Woooooooow..." the children were shivering with emotion in the big room filled with toys. “How cute was the prince?" the oldest of them asked his mother.
"Shut, be quiet! And then..." the narrator continued blushing.
"What are you telling the children?" someone sneaked from behind causing her to jump. "Are you filling their minds with your past again?"
"No, nothing, nothing..." she said blushing. “It’s just an average fairytale..."
He stepped back to continue his way to the terrace to see the almost asleep nature. Sarith ordered her children to go to their rooms and joined her one in the terrace. The was their favourite place, where they could look for the village their loved.
"I'd like to know where they are..." she wondered looking at the view to the big city.
"We'll go back..."
"...someday..." Sarith finished while watching to the sunset.

Hope you liked it.
